Dr. Didlake is the best PT I’ve ever met with. He is honest and knows his stuff. I’ve been having lower back pain and neck pain. He was able to identify the issues and taught me some stretches that have already begun to help with the pain. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
I discovered Integrative Therapeutics while researching body tempering. After undergoing a double knee replacement, I was struggling with tightness and limited flexibility. David & Allison run a great practice. They are both friendly, honest, & know what they're doing. If you're not getting the results you want from traditional physical therapy, definitely give them a call.
