I had a bad ankle sprain from volleyball and was recommended to see Dr. Eva Cong for acupuncture treatment. I was a little nervous since I'd never done acupuncture before but Dr. Cong was both gentle and confident, very skilled and put me right at ease. I could see and feel a noticeable reduction in my ankle swelling after the session! I would definitely recommend anyone with sports-related injuries to try acupuncture, and especially to request Dr. Cong. You can really tell that (s)HeCares!
Dr. He is an exceptional healer and caregiver. My 7-year-old son Maxwell was recovering from a fractured collarbone, and Dr. He provided the most compassionate and effective care we could have asked for. A few weeks ago I fell playing volleyball and strained my groin. I was unable to walk without pain. I was recommended to visit Dr. Eva Cong for acupuncture. It was my first time and she made me feel very comfortable and explained every step of the process. I didn’t feel the needles at all. She also showed me some stretches to help rehab. Highly recommend!
I strained a muscle in my back in the gym, which caused pain and tightness when bending over. So I visited Dr. Cong for acupuncture and cupping, and the treatment provided significant relief. She not only excels at her work, thoroughly explaining the cause of my injury, but also offered valuable advice on preventing future injuries. Dr. Cong is kind, has my best interest in mind, and is very skilled! 10/10 highly recommended.
I went to HeCares Center for a problem with my toe that was causing my entire foot to swell. A couple of people suggested I try acupuncture. I was nervous about it since I'd never tried it before, but Dr Eva Cong was very kind and very knowledgeable. She talked to me about the process and what to expect. I am so glad I went. I'll definitely seek treatment at HeCares for any aches and pains I might have in the future. Thank you, Eva!
