Dr. Heitholt is amazing. Seen him six months after a work injury to my left shoulder. I was to the point I couldn't raise left arm more than 6 inches. Left his office I could raise arm over head. Due to a car accident 4 years ago I have had ongoing back problems. Michael Heitholt and his magic thumbs bring me great relief so that I can maintain an active lifestyle and not be sidelined by this injury. His work on my back and hamstrings as well allowed me to run my first marathon at the age of 56. Looking to get back to form so I can run a second marathon

Cannot say enough good things about Dr Michael Heitholt at Intergrative Soft Tissue Therapy. While training for a race, I started to develop some pain with my feet and calves. After only a few sessions with Dr Heitholt I was able to continue with my training and ultimately complete the race. Highly recommended.
