I’ve been going to Integrative Physical Therapy for approximately 4 months and they’ve greatly helped my issues. Jim Higgins went above and beyond as he realized my lower back pain stemmed not only from a herniated disc but also addressed issues with my feet and analyzed my gait which he explained compounded the issues with my back. I highly recommend Jim and his team!
I am extremely disappointed in the care I received from Integrative PT of NYC. I really wanted to like it here after reading all of the great reviews, which is why I felt obligated to write this review after having such a poor experience here. My first appointment left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, however, I decided to give them another chance as it was only the first appointment. Integrative PT offers an excellent facility, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the support I needed to manage a chronic issue. When surgery became necessary, they had me well-prepared, and the post-operative PT has me finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Mackenzie, Jim, and David have been incredibly accommodating with early morning appointments, help with paperwork, and custom exercises I can take home to continue my progress. I highly recommend Integrative PT to anyone seeking outstanding care and results.
Mackenzie is an excellent physical therapist. She takes the time to truly listen to my concerns and symptoms, and then tailors each PT session to address them directly. Through her guidance, I’ve become functionally stronger and have experienced real improvement in my symptoms. I appreciate her expertise, attentiveness, and commitment to helping me reach my goals.
