Susan is wonderful! I have had hip impingement for a few years now, but it wasn't until recently that I also started having very bad lower back pain. I have went to physical therapy in the past with little success. The myofascial release that Susan does is amazing! Susan explained all the muscle groups and how they interact with each other in a way that was very easy to understand.
