I haven't seen a more unprofessional and overconfident practice. Anna (the staff member assigned for the therapy) was mean to our dog and rude to us. During the drop-off, she grabbed and shook my dog several times aggressively. My dog has back-leg issues, the reason why we went there in the first place, and naturally, I was appalled by her attitude.
