The Excellent clinic.
They cancelled my appointment without letting me know! They did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Dr. Chu is a good doctor, but The staff no so much!
2.5 stars. Oral surgery (Wisdom tooth extraction) went fantastically, very good work from what I am experiencing. Everything was done without a hitch, and I am very very pleased. however the surgeon (and nurse at times) seemed to have 0 bedside manner, they explained very little in terms of what was happening, did little to assuage my nervousness, the aftercare directions were a bit fuzzy (even after my boyfriend explained them to me), I was left unattended in the room multiple times (including when I was on gas), they did n... read more
I was referred to Dr. Chu for my wisdom teeth removal from my dentist. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Fast and smooth operation. It went exactly as planned. I trust this office to do my oral work if needed in the future. If your nervous or not sure which office you should trust, consider visiting this office. Truly wonderful experience!!
I would highly recommend this team to address your needs! They were very professional and accommodating. They took time to hear my issue and addressed it quickly. Adriana and Dr. Chu were top notch! They were very personable and took a genuine interest in making sure that I was at ease and that all of my concerns were addressed. I would recommend this practice to anyone. They are first class and professional!
