Amy is an absolute lifesaver! I had been dealing with severe pain every month that my doctors were unable to identify. Frankly, I have been blown away by the speed and level of recovery from Amy's treatments. She has worked with me on acute and overuse injuries. I was also provided specific and easy to follow exercises to do at home that have allowed me to reach a higher level of activity than before injury.

I injured my left rotator cuff. Much pain and lack of sleep. Faced with surgery I decided to try physical therapy with Amy Slabaugh at Integrative Motion Physical Therapy in Durango. Six sessions later, after dry needling and a set of exercises, I began to heal rapidly. No surgery!!!!!

Through the years, I have worked with many physical therapists. Amy is my 'go-to' for physical therapy. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, through attentive listening and observation she develops individual treatment plans that work! I highly recommend Amy.
