I attempted to quit smoking several times but failed. Dr. Williams helped me quit smoking and made it actually easy to quit. She is a wonderful and patient doctor. Dr. Williams continues to help me with other health issues.
My husband went to doctors for over a year with no success. Dr. Williams diagnosed him within 45 minutes and he’s been getting better every day. Almost fully recovered!!! The most caring, dedicated doctor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you Dr. Williams!! You gave us our lives back.
Dr Ying-Williams is amazing! She has been an irreplaceable part of my recovery from a serious injury & I truly believe I would not be as good as I am right now if it weren't for her. If you decide to choose another place because you don't like the person answering the phone, have at it. But I guarantee you won't have the same results at another acupuncturist. Terrible service, if you are considering this office for your USCIS or any other medical examination requirements, expect ZERO customer service and bad attitude of all personnel. I would go to the next one on the list of available options.
