Highly do not recommend after having an amazing secretary who knows what happened to her now they have a lazy good for nothing secretary that does nothing but take personal phone calls. Chitchat roll her eyes at you and mess up your appointments not once but over and over and then blame you so unless you want to spend too much money for a doctor that doesn’t really see you or care about you don’t go here
The entire team is amazing and caring. The NP's and admin at the desk were great and went out of their way to help us get things done quickly knowing we were at risk of losing insurance coverage.
I scheduled a 10:30 am appointment with a nurse practitioner for January 5. Upon arrival, no one was in the office. I called 4 times, and no one answered. Additionally, I sent two emails. No one responded. Ultimately, no one showed. I had even confirmed the appointment via email. Who gets stood up by a doctor’s office? The most unprofessional, ridiculous place I’ve ever encountered. Beware!
