Dr. Koffler was very knowledgeable about treatment when I sought my medical card a few years back. Everything about the appointment and experience went smoothly. Then, when I moved to another state and needed paperwork that I would have otherwise had to have paid $200 for in order to get a card in that state, Dr. Koffler immediately sent it over.
I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Koffler. He listened to my concerns. He gave me a lot of helpful information and info on where to go if I needed a recap or to reach him with any questions. He was very easy going and easy to communicate with. He seems to really care for his patients which is a rarity in the world today. I look forward to continuing as his patient.
