After being referred by a number of trusted friends I called to schedule an appt at Integrative. I was surprised that I had to wait 7 weeks to be seen but decided to wait since they came so highly recommended. On the day of my appt I got a sitter and left early to fill out any needed paperwork. You can imagine my shock when 10 min before my appt I was called and told I would not be seen because the Dr was on vacation. The thought of a place where they want to treat the "whole" you and not just the symptoms of whatever ails you was exciting to me. My first appointment was for a yearly physical. The front desk staff, Tricia and Sandy were welcoming and friendly as well as efficient. Heather, the medical assistant, was very kind and compassionate while taking my history as well as my blood.....an no bruising today. She listened.
