I've had an excellent experience at Integrative Massage in Edina. Sasha is an outstanding massage therapist—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Best massages I have ever experienced. Multiple therapists give you lots of options as they each have unique expertise and training. For example, good deep tissue massages or massages based upon functional movement. I'd recommend trying the various therapists to get the massage you want. They also cross train on techniques so they are always improving so that's another plus. I also like online scheduling appointments.

By far one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Melissa found every single knot and worked through them with the perfect amount of pressure. I prefer a deeper massage, and she did an amazing job adjusting the pressure to exactly what I needed. I’ve also struggled with TMJ issues for over 5 years, and she took the time to focus on those muscles as well, which made such a difference.
