I knew what I was getting into before my first session with Mrs. Perry. I had done alot of research on the topic, but was afraid that because of my ADHD, I felt I wouldn't be able to be hypnotized. Mrs. Perry took the time to tall to me before my session, answered any questions I had and offered ways to help me keep focus.
