I went to see Dr. Singer @ IHC about 10 days ago for issues w' pain in the shoulder & neck area, severe headaches, also I was diagnosed with borderline anemia a couple of yrs ago, amongst other health issues, all of which have worsened. called today as first time patient, woman was rude on the phone. They are not even willing to speak with you about your condition, what they can offer, what they can recommend without paying up front. For an office thats supposed to help people, in obvious diffcult health conditions, maybe listening first before demanding money would be nice. I told her I'd go elsewhere & she hung up on me.
