The nurses at the meotional wellness center are extremely rude. Dr weathers the psychiatrist, stated that he would release my relative at 10 AM on Friday which he stated on Wednesday. They confirmed this Thurday and Friday morning. After arriving there, they said there was no order, no way to contact him, and no way of knowing when the order would go in to get released. This is ridiculous and should not be accepted. If there is a set time, then stick with it.
Wont fulfill my wishes
I first started to go to IHC since 2022,but I had a few set backs. But I've never ever had a or any type of bad or uncomfortable experiences with the whole staff that works there since I've been going to IHC. Even though I've messed up more than a few times since I've been getting my MAT treatment there and I've even started to get therapy treatment with John Colby. I have been in therapy at IHC for a little over a year now. I have benefited from the biofeedback. The staff is always kind and courteous, from Lucia's smile when you walk in the door, to being greeted by Gordon, helped by Kate at any time, kept laughing with Tyler's jokes, reassured by Alex with her real life advice, and sane with Geno's infinite wisdom. I feel at home here and thank everyone at IHC for being so amazing!
I had one session with Chad, and the only thing I needed was a doctor note to get stronger nighttime meds to sleep better, and he couldn't even do that as he promised, so much for being a "straight shooter", right Chad?
