Very impressive . When she started I thought it’s going to be ok but it was a horrible pain while she is doing this . Although I was perfectly fine after that but my personal request is to explain everything so that patient is ready . But overall pain gone I never had it. You still need to take pain killers for that night but after that I was ok. I was hardly walking when I entered so great job
Musu was amazing! I came in for stretch therapy and it was very thorough and informative. Would 100% recommend!
Musu and her team have been great for my self-care and wellness journey. I would highly recommend Integrative Health and Wellness. I have done Pilates there and gotten massages. I have lower back pain and have gone in barely able to walk and move but left with increased range of motion and flexibility. Musu listens and designs a program specific to your needs.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Integrative Health Recreation & Musu. Musu is kind and attentive. She's extremely knowledgeable and always answers any questions I have. Would definitely recommend!
