Frustrating experience with the office staff. It is unethical to still expect the patient to be available for the call 45 minutes past the scheduled time because the doctor is running late. They should have offered to re-schedule appt. Just as each doctor’s office deems it a “no-show” if the patient is 15 minutes late, same should apply to doctor’s office. I asked receptionist to check with the doctor if she would accept the allergy test done just outside of 3 months mark. She refused. I was told, I can ask dr that question ... read more
