I am beyond thankful for having found Dr. Erika and her team, Nicole and Desiree. While under their guidance and care, I have successfully lost over 20 pounds (and counting) and also lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol levels substantially. I am so happy that I found Dr. Erika and her amazing team (shout-out to Nicole and Desiree). I just hadn't been feeling well. Within the first week of working with this program I felt different, better. It's been a few months and I feel in control of my health, with their help, and even lost some weight. Traditional medicine was doing nothing for me and this really changed my life. I wish it was covered by my insurance, but it's been a completely worthwhile investment in my health.
I have been working w Dr Erika and her teams for a few years. I have NEVER met a team so dedicated to making sure the root cause of your problem is found. The support is amazing from messaging to weekly workshops and classes to a platform for connecting with other members. I am off of 3 meds and just had another one decreased to the lowest dose. My stomach feels the best it has been in a long time and my energy level is so much more! I cant thank Dr Erika and her team enough for all the support and encouragement.
