This journey to better health was made so easy with the help of Dr Erika Jurasits and Nicole! They were informative, attentive, and thorough. It is the most support I've had in such a long time. Our meetings were so very helpful and they helped me WANT to follow through and follow our plan. I started feeling better almost immediately. I've learned so much and now appreciate all I can do for myself.

Very grateful I took a chance on a doctor I found on the internet! All of the doctors I saw in person (5!!) couldn't fix my skin issue and GI issue. Less than 1 month on this program, my skin is 90% better! I honestly was skeptical. But of course deep down I knew that eating better was a key. But nobody ever took me by the hand and showed me how. This program is expensive, but honest to God, it works. Avoiding eating sugar, dairy, gluten, etc is hard, but in the end finding which foods are actually making you sick is WORTH i... read more
