I went on the wrong day for my appointment (I know it was my bad) but I came from far away, I paid for a cab (round trip). I asked to the assistant if she can find a space for me that I’m willing to wait and she said: it’s not happening. That’s not the way to treat a patient, she didn’t even ask the doctor and the place was empty.
i see this practice has a lot of high reviews so maybe i just caught them on a bad day. Went here for the first time a couple months ago for a pap smear / birth control renewal and didn’t have the best experience. during my exam i got no warning when fingers/devices were inserted into me. which isn’t a dealbreaker, i’ve had pap smears before so i knew what to expect but not the best way to start out for my first visit at this office, not great bedside manner. What a gem of a practice! Dr. Kwon ran on time, took her time speaking with me and learning history., and is extremely knowledge. Her staff is also very helpful and warm. Highly recommend.
I like the staff they are so nice and likeable...I love Dr Kwon, as a very good doctor, she's clearly explain the result of your check up, and she's really nice too!!
