Dr. Kwon and her front desk staff/nurse were the kindest people I’ve ever met in a medical setting. A few days before the appointment, I spoke to the receptionist to sort out my insurance info and intake forms and I expressed my fears and anxiety to her. She made sure she noted that so Dr. Kwon can be extra gentle. When I got to the office, the receptionist remembered me and eased my anxiety further. Dr. Kwon was on time and she did a thorough exam. Super surprised that this office gets low reviews. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with respect from the staff and they make sure everything is up to date. As a woman, a gynecology visit is always nerve wrecking. But Dr. Kwon and her staff have so much patience and they are compassionate individuals. Dr. Kwon is very knowledgeable and will explain every procedure numerous of times to make sure that the patient understands. Everything is also clean and bright.
