Steve Galliway and staff were very nice
Was really hoping I could get the care I needed here. Don’t waste your time like I did. After being very transparent about my ear pain, and disclosing the medication I have been using to treat it. ( I was looking for something stronger as my symptoms persisted over 48 hrs) The female physician said “I know exactly what you’re taking” then proceeded to prescribe me literally the exact same thing. Only practices traditional medicine
Just got a bill for $150 for a no call no show, which I thought the appointment was cancelled. I called and tried to have it sorted out by the receptionist was very rude. I think it's ridiculous to charge that much anyways. Most doctors offices you have to wait so long anyways like that probably helped them that day. She told me "that is the money they missed out on for me not being there". So it sounds like all they care about is money and not their patients.
