I read the great reviews of this urgent care and thought I would try it, but didn’t have a great experience. I was diagnosed with strep throat by the nurse practitioner. She was great, kind, and empathetic and the only reason I am able to give this urgent care any stars. I was in severe pain and she prescribed me amoxicillin to treat it. I was told I could return to work after 24 hrs on the antibiotic. Poor customer service and refused urgent care. Won’t take United healthcare major insurance provider even though not disclosed or posted on their website for urgent care. Really had liked the doctor in the past visits so shame they have made this change and haven’t taken the steps to disclose or notify clearly.
They said their PA was a DR and I corrected the receptionist to which she said it was just out of respect…. Weird . Response to your reply Yes you do Steven L Galliway, PA
Blonde girl at the front desk is the most rude person I’ve come across in the medical field in quite a while I would never step foot in here again
