In doing regular therapy and EMDR as well and both therapist are amazing. EMDR has been a great help to me after my bf passes away and I was stuck, I couldn’t accept he is gonna and EMDR and my therapist got me through it. It has been pretty much a life saver because I was in a really bad state. So I will recommend them 100%
My experience with Integrative Counseling Services was regrettably underwhelming. Although I had initially hoped to find a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment, the sessions often lacked structure, feedback, or meaningful guidance. Compassionate care. Comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended! The biofeedback therapy has had incredible results as well. Make sure to hydrate!
Wonderful atmosphere while waiting for your therapist. Very clean. Also, the confidentiality and professionalism is amazing. I’m not sure if all therapists ask their clients before each session if they need a water or coffee, but mine does. Flexible hours and convenient location. The only thing I wish that would change is parking. Sometimes you can find parking on the streets, sometimes there’s construction. It’s more of an annoyance.
