Terrible service. Receptionist was rude and kept cutting me off, even raising her voice to keep speaking over the top of me while not listening to a word I was saying, then booked me in for an appointment I specifically said I didn’t want. Overall, a bad experience with this business and I would not recommend them.
I have seen psychologists on and off my entire life and always had a positive and supportive experience. I cannot say the same for my experience with Diane.
Didi is a warm, knowledgeable and kind-hearted woman. Her invaluable tools and techniques have helped transform my life. Highly recommend!
