I have been seeing Dr. Meier specifically for insomnia. I have suffered from insomnia for the last 11 years after my husband died and several other traumatic events. Conventional medicine has only been able to offer help through sleep hygiene, and medication. I have been in cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR therapy as well.
