Dr. Dai is an excellent primary care physician. Her office is well run and it's nice to be recognized upon arrival. She has attended to my general medical needs over the years. Her weight loss program is well managed and effective. Love this office and look forward to more years together.

I've never participated in a medically assisted weight loss program. It works! I lost 6 pounds in the first month! My weight loss program included a balanced deficit diet, regular exercise and a prescribed appetite suppressant ( pills or GLP1 injections). Dr. Dai has several treatments available to personalize your weight loss. I'm so thankful for Dr Dai's program. Losing weight is no fun...seeing a steady rate of weight loss keeps me motivated!
