John has been seeing my son with an advanced case of Scoliosis. He has gone through the ten series and now is on to working closely with John regularly to keep helping to make changes in the advancement of the straightening of his spine. John has been successful in solving issues for me in the past, so I decided to pursue a Ten Series to really understand what Rolfing could do for me.I am an aging person whose goal is to avoid a stooping posture and to counter some spinal biases that over many years caused me to have a slightly uneven stance. I am very pleased with the immediate outcome and look forward to the adjustments my body continues to make, with new awareness of connections in my body. I look forward to continued positive changes.
