Two days ago, I called for the first time and the customer service ask me to make an appointment on “deep vein massage” after I explained that I have chronic shoulder pain and that the therapist will follow up with me. So I made the appt for 30th September 2025 10.30am a day before. On 30th September 2025, the therapist texted to ask for my diagnosis or imaging and subsequently cancelled the appointment, without hearing back from me in 16 minutes. Arun Jain is absolutely outstanding. He has an impressive knowledge of anatomy and is extremely experienced with working with musculoskeletal injuries. I’m already feeling better after just a few neuromuscular therapy sessions with him. He is also incredibly kind and friendly. He is easily one of the most talented and effective therapists I’ve ever worked with for sports injuries. Highly recommended!
