I wasn't going to leave a review, until I saw one of the latest reviews. I want to validate how that woman felt, as well as what I felt during my experience. I was on the phone with the office manager regarding the lack of care and lack of urgency regarding imaging that I needed done immediately. I was met with excuse after excuse as to why they weren't able to send my "URGENT" and "STAT" imaging referrals to the hospital, after days of having the orders from the hospital. I had been struggling with pain issues for a long time. Some thought by medical professionals to be reproductive issuse. I was told they could run some test and if we don't find a solution we can call in Michelle..the doctor listed at the facility. We rain the test, I was put on strict diets to try and find solutions. I lost a lot of weight and when we tried everything they suggested (including many vitamins they sale, at hundreds of dollars) I was ready to see the doctor because the solutions were not working.
