BAD< Amazed how they are still in business. They did 4 jobs for me starting over 20 years ago, Always great. They had experts doing the work. New Owner Mr Curley runs business now. Man named Nick came and it bas been horrible experience. Do not use them. This is James Mullen
Telephone calls and emails were not returned in a timely manner. Technicians frequently did not show up for scheduled appointments. When technicians were in the house, they did not give any warning when setting off test alarms even after they were aware that small children were in the house and people were trying to work from home
*please read* We have attempted to use this company for well over a year now. Our experience started with them getting in the parts for our system, and prolonging instillation for well over 3 months. After arranging a time to install they came and attempt to install. After 3-4 hours they left with out finishing the job. After a week of our 2 business being unlocked they attempted to finish installation, doing so they fried our one shops electric lock. Never again. Electrician Rob was unprofessional and would not listen to anything i said to him. I'll never use them again. Owner did nothing about my complaints. No thank you.
