I had the pleasure of undergoing Reflexology for the very first time with Shanna. It was a tremendously positive experience. The space where the work is performed is extremely comfortable, and her aura and manner enhance the entire process immeasurably. I derived great benefit, great healing, from the procedure. And truly: I cannot recommend her highly enough.
I had never done reflexology before. Shanna is warm and professional, and brings a high level of skill to her practice. I left our session incredibly relaxed. I highly recommend for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Parts of my feet are ticklish, so I wasn't sure reflexology could do much for me. Shanna listened to the concern, shifted her foot work around the ticklish areas, and delivered a really good result. Some back muscles that were close to spasm eased up, and I walked out feeling sharp & relaxed. It's nice going to somebody who's not just doing a routine, but who's really keying in on what helps you. Good times. Would recommend.
