This was not a great experience for me. Doctors offices can be pretty bad at the best of times, making you feel like a number or you've got 10 minutes and then you're out. This felt worse here. I came in several times anxious, stressed out of mind and not in a good space. My doctor, was terrible at being compassionate to this. Granted I was not in a great headspace, but these visits did nothing to make me feel better. It was just transactional which at least I know what I need. Drs. Shadmani are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Their ability to diagnose issues accurately is impressive, and they always take the time to listen and explain. I highly recommend their clinic.
I am currently 16 weeks pregnant and this has been a very stressful experience with this clinic. My family doctor, Dr. Shadmani, is on leave and I was assured that the clinic would support me during this period. However, I have repeatedly had to go back and forth just to have my file referred to a maternity clinic, and this still has not been properly handled.
