My calls are promptly answered and messages are relayed to my provider in a timely manner. They were able to accommodate my needs working with my schedule. They are also very pleasant and understanding when I call.
After moving to the area, I was seen telehealth for a first visit with no follow up. When I was running low on my medication, I called to schedule a visit and was told to come to an in-person appointment. I asked for the address and was told they would text me the address but no text came. I finally found the help I need. It's extremely difficult to find good healthcare in the River Valley area. So glad Integrated Wellness has came to this area. It's also sad that Drs decide not to give the correct meds to patients. Especially when a new Dr takes it away after a person has been on it for 15 years or more. That is very dangerous! Dr Reynolds is is a very kind and has lots of patience for all the questions I had. She took the time to properly diagnose me and prescribe the meds I need. I truly believe Integrated ... read more
