While visiting the Plaza Royale Building in Miami Lakes on May 21, 2026, I observed employees of Integrated Turf Care using leaf blowers in a manner that blew leaves, dirt, and debris onto parked vehicles and into pedestrian walkways. Large dust clouds were created while visitors were walking through the area. In my opinion, this reflects poor work practices and a lack of consideration for both property owners and visitors. This company has been great! Their equipment is clean and presentable. They do what they say they're going to do and follow up to make sure it was done right. Excellent communication too!
They did a great job in my community today! Really noticed on a walk with my grandson. 37 year resident .
They intentionally put grass and dirt on cars. I’ve asked them not to do it several times and it keeps happening. I explained to them that I just had my car detailed yesterday for $180+tip and they laughed at me. How is that funny? Absolutely awful and disrespectful behavior. This extremely inconsiderate landscape company uses leaf blowers at 4:45am and sets off the burglar alarms at the business across the street from my house breaking the noise ordinance and waking me from a deep sleep causing instant migraines. You have to make money and this I fully understand but do it after 9am as is permitted in Miami Lakes.
