Absolutely terrible. Got them to repair a kitchen draw, they glued it upside down - I cannot understand how this could possible happen. Our house was rented so the agent called them out for a few jobs. They charge a fortune and don't even do some of the work they charge for (I found this on multiple occasions). AVOID!!
Booked through Brivis website for a regular ducted heating maintenance. Unit was working perfectly before that, their technician arrive and do their 'service'. When I asked for the details on what has been performed it suddenly become a blame game. Technician pointing back to Brivis, Brivis pointing to technician, technician then point back to head office. We had air conditioners installed today and just wanted to let anyone who is looking at using Integrated Trades know, that their service is amazing. Booked over the phone, two tradespeople turned up right on time, everyone we dealt with were friendly and professional. The units themselves look really nice, and well placed in our home. Highly recommend! From Jack & Chantelle.
If only i can give them less than one star, I lodged my complaint with them 4 months ago when the air-con in my master bedroom stopped working, The only two people you will ever speak to is either Micheala or Victoria as the managers are too ashamed to face the customer who has been patiently waiting for their air-con to be replaced, Firstly the first tech came out he saw our cars park outside , when i specifically asked them to call me doesn't call me and go back, then i book again with Victoria for tech to attend, they sen... read more
