Tamra was great, but Kemmerer was atrocious. The first time I was brought in as a parent, she had a hateful look on her face before it was discovered that there was a misunderstanding. Shouldn't counselors assume that before rushing to judgement? Instead of starting at cold, unwelcoming, and unkind? Seemed like she needed therapy herself.
As soon as I mentioned my insurance, they declined to continue seeing me as a patient; even though my primary insurance is accepted by their practice.
My therapist here has helped me so much more in a year than my last one did in 4 years. I'm truly amazed with Holly and her ability to get me to be so in tune with myself. Highest praise from me.
Seems previous issues have been addressed because I've not had a single negative interaction with reception, or scheduling appointments since I started going here 6 months ago. Been extremely happy with the customer service, scheduling abilities and in the experiences I've had with the therapists here. I recommend them often and am quite happy with my experience all around!
My son really likes seeing Katherine Van Tassel. It’s been hard finding a therapist he connects with. Unfortunately, the scheduling policies at Integrated Therapy Services create barriers for working families like us to receive consistent services. I’ve been told that we cannot set up recurring appointments the same time each week. I’ve also been told we can only schedule two weeks out at a time.
