Dr. Gold is great with her first responder clients like me, through EMDR therapy and PTSD guidance. Thank you for allowing me to feel safe while unpacking 30+ years of work trauma.
I love this cozy little office! Dr. Gold is superb and very helpful. When I come through the front door to check in, Maria at the front desk greets me by name. It’s such a personal touch! And the soft music they play in the waiting area is very relaxing. Thanks Dr. Gold and staff for making your space feel so friendly like a welcoming hug!
Really great therapy clinic in midtown Wilmington, NC. Super easy to schedule appointments either virtually or in the office. Highly recommend for EMDR therapy to deal with post traumatic stress. Dr. Gold really knows her practice and gets to the root causes of issues for me to work through. Therapy is not an overnight fix! I have stuck with it, and believe I'm beginning to find peace again. Especially since I found the right therapist with Dr. Gold.

The staff at this clinic are really great! I’ve worked with Dr. Gold for a couple of months on situational stress and recent life challenges where I have needed unbiased advice and guidance. She has been compassionate and helpful and has offered me a lot of support. I will be continuing therapy with her for as long as I need to because I really think it is helping.
