I was referred to this therapy location by my sons doctor. I checked online to make sure they take his insurance, which it stated it did so I called to see if I could make a appointment. The receptionist, Sonia, answered. I expressed to her about my inquiry for an available appointment, she rudely responded, we are not taking new patients. I told online says that they are and again she rudely replied yeah um no. A bit flabbergasted, because I see the reviews of how good they are.
Their call receptionist could use some customer service training. Only called because I had a referral and had a whole lot of attitude spewed at me because they’re not excepting new patients. Like I should’ve know that. Sorry my son’s doctor didn’t know that.
My children love to go to therapy every time. They are amazing people. Very considerate to our families needs and respectful. Cleanliness is priority do to the volume of children they service daily. I highly recommend them. It does seem a bit outdated but the importance is there services and dedication they offer to the public.
