I just want to say that this facility is amazing. The following individuals made my first time experience very welcoming.Vanessa, Mary, Angelica. Katie, Marvelys and all those who assisted the doctor in the OR. Thank you, thank you, and thank you all.
This place is awful. Especially the front staff. They don’t care about patients and act annoyed to look up and help a patient. After care is terrible. They will not answer the phone. It is difficult to describe how frustrating it is to delay with a clinic like this one if you haven’t had to suffer the worker’s comp system. They treat you subhuman, make you wait for hours, throw you in an uber with 3 strangers half awake after anesthesia. It’s a disgrace.
Excellent bedside manners by all nursing staff. Facility sanitation very clean and sanitary. Highly satisfied.
Been here twice for pain management injections with Dr Elder of Elite Specialty Care. The center itself is spotless. The staff- from the ladies checking you in at the front desk, to the nurses and techs, run that place like a well oiled machine. They are super kind and make you feel comfortable from start to finish. A huge applause will go to the amazing Dr Paul Dierlam, my anesthesiologist.
