The receptionists have to be the rudest I have ever encountered. One appointment which was a Telehealth appointment, I did not receive the call. I called to make sure I had the right day . The way I was spoken to was disgusting . The receptionist told me the doctor would call me when he could fit me in. I had an appointment which had been booked 3 months in advance. Visited the Figtree centre for a urgent consultation with Dr Barker who is a absolute gentleman. He is a kind compassionate person who organised my procedure to be done at Wollongong public hospital. I went to pay the bill at reception and was amazed when told the consultation had been bulk billed, unfortunately I never got to thank him. Now on the road to recovery thanks to Dr Barker .
Have been to this Practice on a few occasions now and have always found the staff to be lovely amd welcoming and the Drs fantastic.
