Chris is amazing! I was gifted a massage from him postpartum 4 years ago and I've been seeing him consistently ever since. He has a gifted intuition for problem spots. He's great at communicating, is always considerate of time, and pre-appointment he takes a moment to hear about how your body is doing and what you need to focus on. I highly recommend the add-ons for his massages; The cupping set and the gua sha (scraping) are my favorites. I always feel so much better after a massage with Chris. Highly recommend!

Lovely massage. Chris was a joy to work with and seemed very knowledgeable about various techniques. His studio was super clean, too, which I always appreciate. Easy (and free) parking, directly in front, which is a bonus for the area. Highly recommend!
I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was. I’ve tried a handful of massage places in north county and nothing even comes close. I will never go anywhere else. I have a high stress job and in general am in a high stress stage in life with wedding planning and school. I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. Chris, the owner/massage therapist, was very professional and receptive to my needs. The technique was such that I knew to expect great results, and the pressure was consistent from start to finish. Chris then used his magic machine on my area of concern (I don’t remember its name so I call it “magic machine” because it healed me in 48 hours.)
