Do not use this company. The owner Rick, has a terrible attitude, and this company is happy to take your money, but once they have it, they could care less about you. I spent $45K (cash) for my system 3 years ago, and it works great... when it works. My system has blown two inverters, which I was told was unheard of. Rick makes you contact him by text for service and never remembers who you are. He is rude, ignorant, and unmotivated to right his wrongs. Met with the owner Rick today. He has a great amount of information and answered Al my questions. Definitely recommend this company
Rick repaired an existing solar system we have on our property quickly and efficiently. He also helped us ensure the system was functioning correctly by following up the next day with a representative of the solar manufacturer, who walked me through a few steps to make sure we were online and producing electricity. I would highly recommend calling Rick if you have any kind of electrical or solar issue; he is professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
Rick and his team have been amazing since the beginning to the end of the installation. They were able to answer all of our questions and guide us patiently through the process. We just recently got our solar panels turned on, i will come back here after a few months to write a review on how its all going.
