Can't get throughout at all. I have tried numerous times and from number 18th in the queue I got down to 11th and got cut off, tried again and was number 19 in queue. Omg....get more staff to answer the phones!
Unhelpful staff, insistent contraception is not a priority during the corrona pandemic, kept promising call backs that are not followed up on, and was refusing to give information on how to submit a written complaint.
Trying to get through to these are impossible.... why bother having a phone line when you never answer!! The website doesn't help me with what I would like to discuss.. and getting a human on the phone isnt happening. It's a joke!!
Called the free phone number twice as I had a query that couldn't find the answer to on the website. After listening to the very long recorded message, I selected the option I needed only to be cut off both times. Very frustrating. Don't put a phone number on the website if you are not going to respond when people call it.
Iv been waiting for months to get an appointment to be told to come into the walk in clinic after waiting another 3 weeks just to get there and be told they cant see any more people, its a joke and an absolute pathetic disgrace of a doctors
