I would absolutely not recommend this location I spent an hour and a half filling out forms to come here , when I tried to make an appointment the people here said I put the wrong date of birth and had to repeat the entire packet . When I asked them why it could not be changed they became frustrated with me and hung up on me . I have 4 autistic children and a Audhd wife , all I wanted was some help for my family , and this company could not even give 10 minutes of their time to help . Call that customer service .
I love innovative!!! I have all 3 of my boys receiving services. All 3 are in counseling, and my youngest is in CBRS. I'd like to get all of them into CBRS, but they're short workers. I also had them do some psych testing on my youngest, and they were wonderful and Dr. Faraday is very smart and informative and easy to talk to. I've loved all the services I've received from them, and all my boys love coming to their appointments! I couldn't ask for better counselors or CBRS workers for them.
This is a great office. Definitely give it a try, they have a lot of people willing to work for you.
