You guys are total ass water at answering the phone. It doesn't matter how often I call or when, yall never answer. I often don't have the means to just go in and make an appointment.

Go anywhere else - this place doesn't care about anyone. Constantly left without my medicine through no fault of my own. Month after month I've had problems & it's happened way too many times to be a coincidence. One month my medicine wasn't refilled because someone "put in my file" I was "in pigeon forge Tennessee & didn't need it" - I have never been to pigeon forge, & nobody bothered to call & double check with me, making me go almost a week without my medicine. I'd give zero if I could. I called needing help and they set me up a phone appointment 10 days out. I explained that I don't have insurance coverage and I would be self pay. The receptionist said that was fine and set up the intake. 10 days later the potential therapist calls me and wants insurance info. When I tell her I don't have it she says she doesn't do billing and that "we can go ahead and do this if you want but I can't say what they would charge to you" which of course I said no to.
