Intergrated is the worst alarm system you could ever purchase, absolutely worthless. The system hasn't worked the entire time we've had it. we had an attempted burglary to which the anti-glass break was supposed to alert and trigger the authorities and it didn't. this inconvenience could have cost us a store that retains almost 300,000 worth of product. when I had mentioned this problem to the owner they simply said the equipment was fine. We have had our security system with this company for over a year now. We are super impressed with the equipment and service we have received. The owner is outstanding & genuinely cares about his customers & his product. Any time I have had any issues or questions, he has taken care of it promptly. We have two businesses & are going to be converting the 2nd one over to Integrated as well because of the excellent product & service we have with them.
