When you call, they either don’t answer or you have to wait a long time to finally speak to someone. I have had an order for a new CPAP placed with them by my doctor two weeks ago and today they said they never received the order. This is not the first time they have lost an order of mine. Communication and customer service are terrible.
Such a great company to work with! Everyone I spoke with was kind, effective and amazingly helpful!
Super friendly and informative. Gave me different options for masks and told me the pros and cons of each along with which one they thought would work best for me. They answered all my questions and even offered me a bottle of water for the two minutes I waited when I got there.
