I am still undergoing Physical Therapy for a major cervical surgery. As a member of the UCONN Health system, I had plenty of choices for rehab. I purposely selected ELLINGTON Integrated Rehabilitation Services over those many choices. I had a friend who had required therapy there. I was her ride and went in with her as she did her exercises. Staff was friendly but I felt like this was a waste of my time and money. I would go there for about an hour and only do 3 different exercises. This was because staff always had about 4 patients each and they would often just leave me sitting there waiting. I sat waiting most of my time there. Also, there is one physical therapist that talks about her personal life the whole time to the point that you feel like you are in a counseling session rather than physical therapy. Friendly staff and intelligent therapists. Jen Fritts has helped with my knee more in 1 appointment compared to a whole month of appointments from another company. I will be ready for the golf season now that I’m with integrated and Jen. Highly recommend
I highly recommend Integrated Rehab Services for physical therapy. The entire staff was very professional and supportive in helping me with my PT. It was a real pleasure working with Jenn. I really enjoyed PT and found it to be much more than I expected.
