Worker calls, texts, emails saying they'll meet you but doesn't respond to your replies and in an emergency situation the paperwork necessary had a time constraint that ran out. When reapplied, given another necessary chance, the same. Now only 2 weeks to hand in the paperwork and have it assessed. Time running out and ignored after responding to all communications. Yes a serious life or death situation
