This review is for 2025 December We were so delighted to have Priya A as our Physiotherapist. The work was done on my husband but in union we are one therefore "We" will be using instead of I. There was not a doubt when Priya came and did her first assessment. We were all on the same page. My husband had been in the hospital for 6 full month. Good morning. My name is Margriet Westendorp and I have been so fortunate to have Kal Patel be my physiotherapist for a number of weeks following spinal surgery. I have made great progress in my recovery and I would not be as able as I am if it wasn’t for his support. I appreciate that he explains the purpose of each exercise so that I know it has a specific purpose. Worker calls, texts, emails saying they'll meet you but doesn't respond to your replies and in an emergency situation the paperwork necessary had a time constraint that ran out. When reapplied, given another necessary chance, the same. Now only 2 weeks to hand in the paperwork and have it assessed. Time running out and ignored after responding to all communications. Yes a serious life or death situation
