WOW! What can I say, BRAVO to the staff and to the facility. In August when I came into the facility, i could not walk up and down the stairs of my home, or even carry anything over 20 lbs without stopping every 2 minutes to take a rest. After putting into practice the techniques shown to me by the PT/OT/ST staff, I can not lift 20 lbs, climb the stairs in my home, and control my breathing (which contributed to a terrible cough I had every since January 2018) without stopping. i still need to take breaks, but not as often.
