I received a bill in the mail for my daughter's biopsy. I called the number on the invoice to inquire about the bill. The lady that answered, I'm assuming could not understand English because she kept asking to speak to my underage daughter about the bill. I asked if I could speak to a manager, and she said yes but she had to put me on hold. The next thing a new there was a busy signal. She had just simply hung the phone up on me. WTH!?

At first, the company irl was paying great, or so I thought I found later that they lied to me and was cutting my pay. in half there hr department is ran completely on emotions and not facts unfortunately I called them out on short pay and they let me go if I don't receive the reminder amount I will follow with legal action maybe with a different staff the company would awesome

Beautiful new facility with room to expand. Large well lit laboratories that don't feel like cube farms. A nice upgrade for employees.

Payment was easily accomplished by phone with a credit card. I would much rather have paid it online without having to speak with anyone and wait until they get all my information, credit card, birthdate etc. They need to modernize and do online payments.

The Staff here truly cares, and each team member despite limited resources at this detrimental time in health care, go above and beyond to ensure patient care.
